The Paid Media Manager develops and executes marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives while maintaining the company's brand image. This role involves conducting market research, creating engaging content, optimizing digital presence, and analyzing campaign data to inform decisions and maximize ROI. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic Ability to utilize Marketing-specific software tools or applications proficiently
  • Basic Ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Basic Strong project management and organization skills
  • Basic Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience developing digital strategy for B2B brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through various engagement strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
