The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the execution of boosting Creator posts on Instagram and TikTok, from start to finish. This includes campaign set-up, targeting parameters, implementation of UTM tracking, and reporting on campaign performance for brands in various verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, Big-Box retailers, and retail media networks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital media experience, specifically in paid social (META and TikTok), and will manage and coordinate budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials, and approvals. The role requires marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver exceptional digital marketing. Experience implementing and managing paid social campaigns, working closely with creator content and influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales departments, and analyzing results and performance is essential.
