About The Position

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, Minnesota, is hiring a dependable, full-time Kitting Packager for its second shift. The role receives orders and assembles kits with the correct components, helping meet dealer and customer expectations while maintaining quality and safety standards. It is designated as safety sensitive.

The Kitting Packager locates, processes, and packages customer parts; operates shrink machine, foam and bag machine, and poly bag equipment; completes required job traveler and ticket transactions; and uses Oracle and Dematic transactions to determine locations and move items to assigned storage areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with overtime and some mandatory Saturdays as needed. The position is onsite five days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
