About The Position

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, Minnesota is hiring a dependable, full-time Kitting Packager for second shift. The role receives orders and assembles kits with the correct components by locating, processing, and packaging customer parts while maintaining quality. The position is designated safety sensitive.

Packagers operate shrink machine, foam and bag machine, and poly bag equipment; transact required job travelers and tickets; and use Oracle and Dematic transactions to determine locations and move items to assigned storage areas. The position supports dealer and customer expectations and the success of the warehouse operation.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Overtime and some mandatory Saturdays may be needed. The role is onsite five days per week. Background check, drug screen, and physical screening are administered as conditions of employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Prompt and reliable attendance and a cooperative, respectful work style.
• Willingness to go beyond job-specific tasks to support the success of the warehouse operation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in picking and assembling kits.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
