About The Position

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, Minnesota, is hiring a dependable, full-time Kitting Packager for the second shift. The role receives orders and assembles kits with the correct components, locating, processing, and packaging customer parts while maintaining quality. It is designated as safety sensitive.

The position operates shrink machine, foam and bag machine, and poly bag equipment; transacts required job travelers and tickets; and uses Oracle and Dematic transactions to determine locations and move items to assigned storage areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m., with mandatory Saturday work as needed and overtime. The listed hourly base pay is $23.80.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
