About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Package Handlers to help move packages during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to keep packages moving safely and efficiently toward their next destination. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is seasonal and part-time, located at 2500 Marty Robbins Drive, Building 10, Lebanon, Tennessee. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend-shift incentive for Friday through Sunday. The role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. A seasonal bonus of $500 is advertised, with eligibility, amount, and payment requirements potentially varying by location and assignment.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, with a 6:00 a.m. start and a 1:30 p.m. finish. A typical shift is approximately 7.5 hours, though end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
