About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal full-time Package Handler at its Lebanon, Tennessee location. The role supports the movement of packages through the warehouse during the holiday season. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position runs from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

The advertised pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend-shift incentive for Friday through Sunday. The role is eligible for overtime pay as permitted by law. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, beginning at 1:30 PM and ending at 12:00 AM. Typical shifts are approximately 11.5 hours, though end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. Employees must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and must be able to work overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with the team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
