Part-Time Package Dispatch Supervisor
About The Position
This supervisor is trained and certified to perform multiple operational roles to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility. The position analyzes and plans the center’s daily package dispatch and handles operational service issues, such as on-call Air pickups, heavy pickup accounts, and unforeseen events. The supervisor analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes, and coordinates operational needs and efforts to meet internal and external customer satisfaction. The position also provides customer service support, including answering messages and concerns, handling call tags, and following up on destinations. The supervisor facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- Handle operational service issues, including on-call Air pickups, heavy pickup accounts, and unforeseen events.
