About The Position

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies areas of opportunity, publishes reports, and conducts service audits.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
• Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Verify system downloads.
• Identify service failures and exceptions.
• Print and distribute multiple daily reports.
• Update reports as necessary and communicate changes to PDS.
• Use mapping tools.
• Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Use available reports and systems.
• Complete the monthly dispatch audit.
