About The Position

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The role also includes verifying system downloads, identifying service failures and exceptions, distributing and updating daily reports, communicating changes to PDS, using mapping tools, comparing actual dispatch with planned dispatch, maintaining loop analysis, and completing a monthly dispatch audit.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
• Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
• Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Print and distribute multiple daily reports.
• Update reports as necessary and communicate changes to PDS.
• Use mapping tools.
• Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Use available reports and systems.
• Complete the monthly dispatch audit.
