About The Position

The Alternate Part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor/Package Center Supervisor is trained and certified to perform the role of either a part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor or a part-time Package Center Supervisor, accommodating alternative schedules and increasing operational flexibility. The position analyzes and plans the center’s daily package dispatch and handles operational service issues, including on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, and unforeseen events. It analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes, and coordinates operational needs and efforts to support internal and external customer satisfaction. The position also provides customer service support, including answering messages and concerns, handling call tags, and conducting destination follow-ups. It facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Must be trained and certified to perform the role of either a part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor or a part-time Package Center Supervisor.
