This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies areas of opportunity, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The role is permanent. Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
• Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Verify system downloads.
• Identify service failures and exceptions.
• Print and distribute multiple daily reports.
• Update reports as necessary and communicate changes to PDS.
• Use mapping tools.
• Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Use available reports and systems.
• Complete the monthly dispatch audit.
