About The Position

The Infosys Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit provides consulting services focused on integrating business applications using technologies such as TIBCO, Vitria, webMethods, IBM WBI, and SAP NetWeaver. The Package Consultant 2 participates in ERP requirements gathering and specification validation, contributes to solution architecture and ERP package customization, develops and integrates application features, supports system integration and data flows, evaluates system performance and compliance, and documents customizations and trains users. The role also calls for PEGA development and delivery expertise, including application design, integrations, UI modernization, testing, code reviews, and delivery across Agile/Scrum or SAFe teams. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

Experience in software development, enhancement, and production support.
Experience in PEGA application development and delivery.
Experience with PEGA PRPC application design, case management, workflows, data transforms, activities, agents, report definitions, integrations, and deployment practices.
Experience leading development teams and delivering user stories in Agile/Scrum or SAFe models.
Experience with PEGA UI modernization and portal development using UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, Constellation, HTML, JavaScript, and custom CSS.
Experience with enterprise integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, SQL services, BIX, and external APIs.
Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to PEGA guardrails and enterprise standards.
Experience with automated testing, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation.
Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple delivery workstreams.
PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and help validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
Contribute to solution architecture design and customize ERP package modules and features based on business requirements.
Develop and integrate features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
Configure interfaces and execute ETL processes to support consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
Assess ERP performance and identify enhancement opportunities while ensuring customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
Document ERP customizations and deliver user training to support knowledge transfer.
Lead development teams and deliver user stories within Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models.
Perform automated and unit testing, support SIT and UAT, conduct regression testing, and validate releases.
Work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple delivery workstreams.
