About The Position

Planned Companies is hiring a part-time Overnight Weekend Concierge in Washington, DC, through Planned Lifestyle Services. The role provides a welcoming, helpful experience for building tenants, guests, and vendors while supporting a presentable and safe property. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, for 16 hours per week, at $20.00 per hour.

The Concierge greets and assists people entering the building, develops relationships with tenants, and offers personalized services based on their needs and preferences. Services include arranging reservations and appointments, organizing on-site events, and sharing information about local attractions and services. The role also handles mail and deliveries, answers telephone calls, monitors the lobby, and manages keys and access cards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Develop and maintain tenant relationships and provide individualized experiences based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
