The Weekend Overnight Resident Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents. The role focuses on creating welcoming first impressions, building positive relationships, personalizing interactions, resolving problems, and helping foster a sense of community. The schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekends. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities, and the stated salary range is $19–$21 USD. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty by providing a consistently positive experience and maintaining a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
