About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club, including removing trash and cardboard. Supports club policies, procedures, compliance, member service, safety, and daily GOLD standards. Performs other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage, create labels or apply sales tags, and ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Follow club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Work as a team to meet daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Understand how to access and read department production and/or financial performance reports and recognize the impact of consistent execution.
