About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris and completing general housekeeping duties. Supports club policies, procedures, compliance, and GOLD member and club standards; delivers friendly service and helps maintain a safe, positive environment for members and team members. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Able to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; may need to lift and move heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Able to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring products are fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage; create labels or apply sales tags and ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, respond to member concerns, and help ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Work with the team to meet daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
