About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by performing housekeeping duties and removing trash and debris. Supports club policies and procedures, provides excellent member service, and helps maintain a safe, positive environment. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop to examine or scan merchandise.
• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; may need to lift and move heavier or awkward objects over 50 pounds with assistance.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage, create or apply labels and sales tags, and ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Follow club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address and deescalate member concerns, and help ensure a safe and positive member experience.
• Work with the team to meet daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
