About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris and performing general housekeeping. Supports club policies, procedures, and compliance; contributes to a safe, positive, inclusive environment; and delivers service excellence to members. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring products are fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage; create labels or apply merchandise sales tags, and ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Work collaboratively to meet club standards and provide a safe, positive environment for members and team members.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and follow GOLD Member Standards.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
