About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; keeps merchandise fully stocked and clearly labeled; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes housekeeping, handling damaged or spoiled products according to company procedures, maintaining club policies and standards, and supporting other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function. Team members are expected to provide friendly service, work collaboratively, promote a safe and inclusive environment, and deliver the club’s GOLD standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage and ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible; create labels or apply sales tags as needed.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard and performing general housekeeping.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and contribute to a safe, positive environment for members and team members.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and follow GOLD Member Standards.
• Work as a team to maintain club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, and keeping signage accurate and the club clean and organized.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
