About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club; keeps merchandise fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes general housekeeping, handling damaged or spoiled products according to company procedures, following club policies, and performing other duties or working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function. Team members are expected to act with honesty and integrity, support a safe and positive environment, work collaboratively, deliver service excellence, and uphold the club’s GOLD member and club standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.
• Able to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; may need to move heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Able to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred, but not required.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create labels or apply sales tags to merchandise.
• Keep product labels and price tags clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Provide member service, address or escalate concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Work with the team to uphold GOLD club standards and execute promotional plans.
