About The Position

The Overnight Stock team member stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and properly signed. The role also helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris and performing general housekeeping. Team members follow club policies and procedures, support a safe and positive environment, and may work in other departments as needed.

The position involves continuous movement on hard surfaces and frequent handling of merchandise. It may require bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping; continuously lifting objects up to 50 pounds; and, with assistance, moving heavier or awkward objects. Work is generally indoors around moving machinery or loud equipment, with possible exposure to temperature extremes and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous grocery or stock experience is preferred but not required.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience is preferred.
• Able to perform the described physical tasks, including continuous lifting of objects up to 50 pounds and, with assistance, moving heavier or awkward objects.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Keep merchandise fully stocked and maintain display signage.
• Create labels and/or apply merchandise sales tags; ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Attend work regularly and predictably; full attendance is an essential function.
• Support club standards, safe working conditions, and a positive experience for members.
