About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; keeps merchandise fully stocked and clearly labeled; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes removing trash and cardboard, maintaining club policies and procedures, and performing other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Team members are expected to support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act honestly and with integrity; address and escalate concerns as appropriate; contribute to a safe, positive, inclusive environment; collaborate to achieve goals; and maintain a friendly, positive attitude. The position also supports service excellence for members and the club’s GOLD standards, including keeping products stocked, promotional plans executed, signage accurate, and the club clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create labels or apply merchandise sales tags.
• Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Work collaboratively to support member service, safety, and the club’s GOLD standards.
