About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. The role also helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris and performing other housekeeping duties. Team members follow club policies and procedures, provide service consistent with member standards, work collaboratively, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds continuously; may need to lift and move heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring items are fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage, create labels or apply merchandise sales tags, and ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Follow and maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Provide service excellence, resolve or deescalate member concerns, and help maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Work with the team to meet club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
