About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and supported by visible, accurate signage and pricing. Helps keep the club neat, clean, and organized by completing housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures. Team members are expected to follow club policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; provide a safe, positive environment; work collaboratively; and deliver service in line with GOLD Member and Club Standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. The role may also involve working in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier or awkward objects may need to be moved with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, stoop, and position oneself to examine or scan merchandise.

• Big-box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create or apply labels and sales tags.
• Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Work in other departments as needed and perform other assigned duties.
• Provide friendly, positive service and help resolve or de-escalate member concerns.
• Work as a team to meet GOLD Club Standards, including keeping items stocked, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
