Overnight Stock Clerk Part Time
About The Position
The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and correctly tagged. The role maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by handling trash and cardboard, and follows company policies and procedures. The clerk may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Team members are expected to support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act honestly and with integrity; maintain a friendly and positive attitude; promote a safe and inclusive environment; and collaborate to meet goals. The role also supports member service standards, club presentation and cleanliness, accurate signage, and execution of promotional plans.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance.

- Previous grocery or stock experience.
- Big-box or wholesale retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked.
- Maintain display signage, create labels or apply sales tags, and ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
- Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
- Follow club policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
- Support a safe, positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for members and team members.
- Deliver member service and help resolve or escalate member concerns.
- Work with the team to maintain club standards, accurate signage, and promotional plans.
- Understand how to access and read department production and/or financial performance reporting.
