Overnight Security Officer
About The Position
GardaWorld is hiring an Overnight Security Officer for a food production warehouse. The officer regulates foot and vehicle traffic, observes and surveys the assigned area, reports activity, responds rapidly to critical situations, and enforces customer procedures, regulations, and standards. Excellent customer service and the ability to read and write detailed reports are important. The position involves working indoors and outdoors in varying elements, as well as walking, standing, and sitting for long periods. The listed schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a state security license or be able to obtain one.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods.
