Overnight Grocery Lead
About The Position
The Overnight Grocery Lead works with Healthy Living’s overnight crew to move freight from the delivery dock to the sales floor and ensure products are meticulously merchandised. The role also involves maintaining products on the sales floor and in back stock. The overnight team is described as highly motivated and fast-paced, completing a high volume of work during each shift. The position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, at 222 Dorset St. in South Burlington, Vermont. Starting pay is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with previous experience taken into consideration. Responsibilities
- Stock dairy, frozen, packaged goods, bulk, and/or housewares orders, placing products neatly and accurately according to shelf tags and signage.
- Organize and maintain back stock.
- Use a power jack to distribute pallets and products around the floor.
- Face products by pulling them to the front of shelves and maintaining an organized appearance.
- Maintain product representation on shelves, including proper signage.
- Rotate stock and remove out-of-date products.
- Move freight from the delivery dock to the sales floor and maintain products on the sales floor and in back stock.
