About The Position

This store team member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team members also assist with online order processes, customer loyalty and credit-card enrollments, and store safety and compliance programs. The position is based at the BALT-ANNAPOLIS, MD store. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
