About The Position

The Overnight/Early morning stock team role supports store operations by providing friendly customer service, helping customers locate products and solutions, and delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, supporting planogram and omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery and in-stock standards, and assisting with Custom Framing sales and production. Work takes place in a public retail store, with some duties in stock rooms and occasional outdoor work. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go-backs and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, and comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully with others, maintain a positive attitude, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
