About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serves more than one million members across over 200 clubs. The Overnight Customer Service Rep provides a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, helping create an exceptional Judgement Free experience. This is a full-time, third-shift position in Concord, North Carolina, starting at $12 per hour. Hourly increases are available at 180 days, one year, and every six months after the first year, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay applies to select shifts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
