About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role involves welcoming potential members, handling front desk tasks and inquiries, supporting membership transactions and account updates, helping resolve member service issues, and maintaining the club’s neatness and cleanliness.

Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and helpfully to assist with questions or concerns.
Take information calls and provide tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
