Overnight Custodian, Kohler Water Spa
About The Position
The Overnight Custodian performs duties to keep the building and grounds of the assigned property neat and clean in accordance with quality standards. The role includes cleaning and maintaining floors, furnishings, fixtures, windows, restrooms, locker rooms, office areas, entrances, and outdoor areas. Custodians use specified equipment and perform outdoor duties in a variety of weather conditions. This is an onsite overnight position in Kohler, Wisconsin, with scheduled hours of 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including weekends. Candidates receive training and must successfully meet training criteria before working independently. Prior custodial experience is helpful but not necessary; a high school diploma is preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The hourly pay range is $14.50–$21.70, with the specific rate potentially influenced by education and work location.
Requirements
- Be physically able to perform duties requiring flexibility, including lifting and stretching, and to use specified equipment.
- Successfully fulfill training criteria before working independently.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Keep the assigned property’s building and grounds neat and clean according to quality standards.
- Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
- Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and windows.
- Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
- Clean office areas as assigned.
- Keep inside and outside entrances free of debris.
- Perform outdoor duties involving windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, and rest stations in a variety of weather conditions.
- Report building defects to the Custodial Services Coordinator.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
