About The Position

The Overnight Custodian performs duties to keep the building and grounds of the assigned property neat and clean according to quality standards. This is an onsite overnight position at Kohler Water Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin, with working hours of 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including weekends. Candidates receive thorough training and must successfully fulfill training criteria before working independently. The role requires physical flexibility, including lifting and stretching, and the use of specified cleaning equipment. The hourly pay range is $14.50–$21.70. The specific rate may be influenced by factors such as education and work location. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Must successfully fulfill training criteria before working independently.
Must be physically able to perform duties requiring flexibility, including lifting and stretching, and to use specified equipment.

Nice To Haves

Prior custodial experience is helpful but not necessary.
High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and windows in the facility.
Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
Clean office areas as assigned.
Keep inside and outside entrances free of debris.
Perform outdoor duties involving windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, and rest stations in a variety of weather conditions.
Report building defects to the Custodial Services Coordinator.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
