About The Position

The Esthetician III supports Kohler Waters Spa’s commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively delivering a high level of service. The role requires excellent working knowledge of spa services, products, and procedures, with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations. This is a part-time, onsite position in Kohler, Wisconsin, with weekday and weekend work and shifts varying between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Special-event treatments may take place at the spa or other locations and are secondary to the position’s primary function.

Requirements

Current and valid state esthetics license.
Four to six years of experience in the licensed field.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a spa environment.
Experience in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and HydraFacial.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of internal and external customer service in accordance with Kohler Waters Spa and Forbes standards.
Meet and greet guests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Use proper verbiage and maintain professional demeanor, uniform, and grooming standards.
Maintain knowledge of spa services and amenities, emergency procedures, and applicable procedures.
Deliver technical services to a high standard and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests about at-home care.
Maintain ongoing communication with fellow associates regarding needs and concerns.
Meet continuing-education criteria based on Wisconsin or Illinois state requirements.
Follow policies established by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.
Perform special-event treatments at locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, and TAC, as well as spa-hosted events such as Spaliday.
Perform other duties as assigned.
