About The Position

The Massage Therapist works at Kohler Waters Spa at The American Club Resort, which offers more than 50 spa services and is one of 64 five-star spas worldwide. The role provides professional therapeutic services to guests, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy. The therapist learns about guests’ concerns before each service, shares accurate information about spa services, products, and amenities, and makes sincere recommendations to support guests’ wellness and beauty. The position includes preparing a wellness card for each guest featuring three recommended homecare products. Work is onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin, and includes weekdays and weekends, with shifts varying between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

A State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate is required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a luxury spa setting is preferred but not required.
