About The Position

The Esthetician supports Kohler Waters Spa’s commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing a high level of service. The role requires working knowledge of spa services, products, and procedures, with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations. The Esthetician provides service in accordance with Kohler Waters Spa and Forbes standards, maintains professional conduct and ongoing communication with colleagues, and follows applicable policies and procedures. The position is part time and onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin. Work includes weekdays and weekends, with varying shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

Current and valid State Esthetics license.
Four to six years of experience in the licensed field.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a spa environment.
Experience in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and HydraFacial.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Use proper verbiage and maintain professional demeanor.
Uphold uniform and grooming standards.
Maintain knowledge of spa services and amenities, as well as emergency procedures.
Provide high-quality technical services and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests about at-home care.
Meet continuing education criteria based on applicable State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirements.
Follow policies established by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.
Perform special event treatments at locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, and TAC, and at spa events such as Spaliday; these services are secondary to the position’s primary function.
Perform other duties as assigned.
