About The Position
The Spa Attendant I helps create a clean, welcoming, and seamless guest experience at Lodge Kohler. This service-focused role supports spa operations by maintaining guest areas and amenities, assisting with check-in and spa preparations, and helping guests and team members throughout the day. The position is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is part-time, with hours between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM on weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, service-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Kohler offers investment in associate development and a benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) with company matching, and more. The hourly range is $10.70–$16.00 plus tips or gratuity; the rate may depend on factors including experience, education, and work location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, with a strong focus on creating positive, memorable guest interactions.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Obtain WI Safe Serve certification after being hired.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with computer systems and/or facility maintenance.
- Evening availability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and amenities in respite rooms and throughout the spa.
- Support guest check-in by providing robes, sandals, and lockers.
- Assist with linen collection, stocking, and treatment room readiness.
- Clean baths and spaces between services to support smooth transitions.
- Monitor and maintain lounge and relaxation pool areas.
- Support food and beverage service and restocking.
- Assist with group setups and special requests.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and safety protocols.
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- Stay informed about spa services and offerings.
- Follow emergency procedures and complete CPR certification.
