About The Position
The Dishwasher at Lodge Kohler supports the food and beverage team by cleaning dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. The role also includes maintaining kitchen cleanliness, performing miscellaneous kitchen duties and trash removal, and assisting chefs with plate setup and basic food preparation. This is a casual part-time, onsite position in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work regularly in wet conditions.
- Restaurant experience required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
- Sweep and mop floors and wash walls.
- Perform kitchen duties and remove trash in all kitchen areas.
- Wipe down counters, tables, and equipment.
- Help chefs set up food plates and perform miscellaneous food preparation.
