About The Position
As a Dishwasher at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, you will assist fellow kitchen employees as needed and follow sanitary and health-related protocols. The role includes operating an industrial dishwasher, washing glassware and other implements by hand when necessary, maintaining clean trash and garbage receptacles, and stocking supplies in serving stations or storage. You will follow sanitation policies at all times and assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff, especially during peak hours. Other duties may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate the industrial dishwasher.
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
- Empty and clean trash and garbage receptacles.
- Stock supplies in serving stations or storage.
- Follow sanitation policies at all times.
- Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as necessary, especially during peak hours.
- Perform other duties as required.
