Housekeeper, Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge
About The Position
Housekeepers / Room Attendants help create a restful and relaxing stay for guests by ensuring rooms are clean and sanitized. The role includes general tidying, dusting, vacuuming, replacing linens, making beds, and cleaning and disinfecting washrooms. Housekeepers also respond to guest housekeeping requests and may work individually or with a partner. The position involves cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges, and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors, and surfaces. Cleaning must be thorough and timely. Housekeepers may also assist with public areas, washrooms, and elevators as needed. Previous housekeeping experience is not required, though it is an asset. Other duties may be assigned.

- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, consistency, and follow-through under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must meet the organization's grooming and appearance standards.
- Current Alberta Pro Serve Certification is required.

Responsibilities
