About The Position

The Houseperson joins the detail-oriented housekeeping team at Lodge Kohler, a boutique hotel near Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role helps maintain guest rooms and hotel facilities by supporting Room Attendants, keeping guest corridors clean, replenishing linen and guest supplies, and responding to guest requests. This is a part-time position with shifts primarily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

Must be detail oriented.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred, but not required.
Prior hotel or lodging experience preferred, but not required.
Speaking, writing, and/or understanding English preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Dust and polish metalwork.
Collect soiled linen for laundering.
Maintain housekeeping carts.
Remove trash collected by Room Attendants.
Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of the shift to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
Pick up clean linen and refill the par stock of linen in each floor closet.
Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other requested items to guest rooms.
Perform Room Attendant duties when necessary.
Sort linen and stock room and attendant closets.
Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies in each floor closet.
Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting as needed.
Clean hotel guest corridors according to department standard operating procedures.
Assist Room Attendants with placing bed boards, roll-away beds, and extra beds.
Report missing or found articles, damage, or merchandise problems to housekeeping supervisors.
Respond to guests and colleagues in a friendly, helpful manner.
Complete tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.
Adhere to venue uniform and grooming standards.
Use a radio to relay information.
