About The Position

Planned Companies is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Overnight Concierge to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and help provide a positive experience at the property. The role includes assisting with individualized tenant requests, sharing information about local attractions and services, and helping maintain a safe and presentable building. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in Jersey City, New Jersey. The pay rate is $18.00.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and announce tenants, guests, and vendors, and provide directions upon their entry to the building.
• Build and maintain tenant relationships and provide individualized service based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help tenants access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
