About The Position

Planned Companies’ Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Concierge to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and help ensure they receive a positive experience. The role supports a presentable and safe property while providing individualized service based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.

The position pays $20.00 per hour and is scheduled for 32 hours per week: Thursday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Full-time employees, defined as working 30 or more hours per week, are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits. All employees may participate in the company 401(k) with an employer match.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Lead Front Desk or Lead Security experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences tailored to their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
