About The Position

The Overnight Concierge works at The Waterford on Huebner, a Sonida Senior Living independent living community in San Antonio. This role provides reception and customer-service support, including answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, handling incoming mail and express deliveries, and resolving customer questions and concerns. The position involves serving senior residents and contributing as a dependable member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individual.
• Provide information such as the community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate place in the community.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns.
