About The Position

Right at Home is hiring a caregiver in Midland, Michigan, to provide non-medical support to clients according to their individual care plans. Caregivers help with daily chores, meals, transportation, and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring. The role offers training and guidance from an award-winning team, ongoing paid training, flexible scheduling, and access to an administrative team focused on caregiver satisfaction and retention. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities during the first 90 days and for sign-on, training, and referrals.

Requirements

Be dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
Be at least 18 years of age and have a GED.
Have a driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
Be able to lift 25–50 pounds, lift, stoop, and bend.
Have communication skills.

Experience as a caregiver is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with non-medical daily chores.
