About The Position

Sevita is hiring an Overnight Caregiver to support people with developmental goals and complex needs. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges, and helping participants grow, learn, and live well. Caregivers develop meaningful relationships, help participants take part in their communities and favorite activities, and support goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This position suits someone who is compassionate, patient, reliable, and finds meaning in providing direct care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
