Overnight Caregiver / CNA / HHA / PCA – Hiring Now
About The Position
Caring Senior Service is currently hiring dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for overnight assignments throughout the Corpus Christi area. These positions are a great fit for caregivers who prefer working overnight and are comfortable providing one-on-one support, supervision, and personal care in a client's home. Overnight shifts may involve periods of quiet time, but caregivers must remain attentive, available, and ready to assist the client whenever needed. Overnight caregivers play an important role in helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home while giving families added peace of mind. We focus on providing our caregivers with clear expectations for each assignment, consistent scheduling when available, one-on-one client care, strong communication with the office team, support when questions or concerns arise, and client assignments matched to caregiver experience and availability. You'll have the independence to manage your overnight shift while knowing that you are part of a team that supports the work you do.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Dependable attendance and professional communication
- Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout the overnight shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, PCA, private-duty caregiver, or senior care professional is valuable for this position.
- Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice, assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, rehabilitation, or home care is also a plus.

Responsibilities
- Providing overnight supervision and companionship
- Assisting with bedtime and nighttime routines
- Helping with toileting and incontinence care
- Assisting with repositioning, transfers, and mobility
- Providing medication reminders
- Responding when a client wakes or needs assistance
- Helping reduce fall risks and maintaining a safe environment
- Preparing light meals or snacks when needed
- Completing light housekeeping related to the client's care
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Documenting care provided during the shift
- Communicating concerns or changes to the office team
- Protecting the client's privacy, dignity, and independence
