About The Position

Leppo Rents, a leader in construction equipment sales, rentals, and service, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to expand its presence in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. This role offers significant growth potential in an untapped territory, focusing on building relationships with local contractors and businesses, selling industry-leading equipment, and managing accounts to achieve sales goals. The position involves representing the Bobcat brand, driving revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

3+ years sales experience (equipment industry a plus)
Self-starter, strong communicator
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Clean driving record, willing to travel within territory
Competitive, personable, ready to grow
