About The Position

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to promote fiber internet and related services in local neighborhoods. This field-based role involves face-to-face, door-to-door outreach in assigned towns and cities, with limited office reporting. Representatives sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV, identify customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and work toward monthly sales goals. The role also includes occasional participation in community events.

The position offers paid training and uncapped commission, with a stated base salary of $35,000 and typical annual earnings of $70,000–$125,000+. A $5,000 signing and performance bonus is available when goals are met during the first 120 days. Representatives receive a mileage allowance and may access career growth opportunities and discounted GoNetspeed services where available.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Availability from 10 AM to 7 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50 or more doors daily in assigned towns and cities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plans.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Participate occasionally in community events to promote GoNetspeed.
